We offer a range of Street Dance competitions specifically tailored to accommodate different schools and the varying levels of dancers within each school. We’re passionate about what we do, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our community!
Our regular/ main events (held at Queen Elizabeth Hall, Blackpool Tower & Blackpool Wintergardens)
These are suitable for all levels from beginners through to advanced competitive dancers. There are usually 4 sections for dancers to enter over the day including teams/set routine solos/ freestyle solos/ duos/. We usually have more schools attend these events and so the sections are usually a little busier and the standard slightly higher than our smaller events. The day is usually split into 2 sections- 11 & under/ 12 & over so dancers typically attend for half a day. All dancers are awarded a medal for taking part. Tickets vary between £18-£25 (advanced ticket price, door tickets are usually slightly more).
Our smaller/friendly events (held at Accrington Town Hall & Colne Muni)
Theses are aimed at more of a beginner level and are held in a smaller venue. We have more age categories and set routine options so there’s usually not as many in dancers in each category. Dancers can enter 2 solo options (either 2 set routines or 1 set routine & 1 freestyle solo). Plus 1 team event and sometimes we run a duo section at these events too. Ideal for dancers who are new to competing that you may not want to go straight out into a big event. Intermediate dancers welcome to attend however they must enter the higher level set routines. This is a shorter day than our bigger events. The day is usually split into three or four sections so dancers typically attend for 2-3 hours for their events. All dancers are awarded a medal for taking part. Tickets vary between £17-£19 (advanced ticket price, door tickets are usually slightly more).
New for 2023/2024…(held at King George’s Hall)
In 2023, we launched a new event held at King George’s Hall in Blackburn. Suitable for Beginner & Intermediate dancers. This one falls somewhere between our main events and the smaller ones we offer. The programme usually allows dancers to enter a maximum of 4 events on the day out of 2 solos (2 set routines or 1 freestyle & 1 set routine) duos, teams & trio/quads.
This is also usually split into 4 sections on the day. Please note we do not have advanced levels/ elite all stars at this event.
All dancers are awarded a medal for taking part. Tickets vary between £19-£20 (advanced ticket price, door tickets are usually slightly more).
Our solo/ duo only events
(held at Accrington Town Hall & Colne Muni)
Suitable for all levels. Dancers can enter 2 solo options (either 2 set routines or 1 set routine & 1 freestyle solo), 1 duo & 1 fun duo event. Great competition practice for the larger events. The day is usually split into three or four sections so dancers typically attend for 2-3 hours for their events. All dancers are awarded a medal for taking part. Tickets vary between £17-£19 (advanced ticket price, door tickets are usually slightly more).
Our 2 day weekender event (held at Blackpool Tower in 2024)
Our favourite competition! This is an event run over 2 days. Starting Saturday lunch time and finishing Sunday evening. Up to 10 sections dancers can enter over the weekend plus workshops from our amazing judges. Suitable for all levels. Tickets also available for single days.
